About the event
Come and enjoy a 50 minute restorative Kindred Pilates class, followed by a
45min Soundbath by Grateful Hearts. Round off a relaxing afternoon with some herbal teas and, of course, cake.
Please bring a mat, water and warm layers for the soundbath. We have a few spare mats so please just message to ask if you need one.
